Minister of Health, Spyridon-Adonis Georgiadis, presented the Greek Presidency’s health priorities before the members of the Committee on the Environment, Public Health and Food Safety of the European Parliament (ENVI).

The Greek Presidency managed to strike a unanimous political agreement, within the Council of EU, on the legislative package of own resources, related to the EU's multiannual financial framework (MFF) 2014 -20.

The future development of the JHA area, international aspects of the Data Protection Regulation, as well as terrorism and border security are some of the topics that will be discussed during the Informal Meeting of the EU Ministers of Justice and Home Affairs (JHA) on January 23 and 24 in Athens. The Meeting will take place in Zappeion Megaron.
