The Justice Council, chaired by Greek Minister of Justice, Transparency and Human Rights, Charalampos Athanassiou, is taking place in Brussels today (4.3.2014).
Justice Ministers will discuss proposals for a directive on procedural safeguards for children in criminal proceedings, a regulation on the establishment of the European public prosecutor’s office, and the General Data Protection Regulation as well as the future of the JHA area.
